Stability is harder to explain — but far more important.

Productivity is affected by:

• Connection reliability
• Latency
• Internal network quality
• WiFi coverage
• Traffic prioritisation (especially for VoIP)

You can have very fast broadband and still suffer:

• Dropped calls
• Lag on cloud systems
• Frustrated staff

In my experience, consistency beats headline numbers every time.

When reviewing connectivity, ask:

Is it reliable?
Is it configured properly?
Is it resilient?

Speed is only one part of the equation.
