Reporting a Fault
If you experience a problem with your broadband, VoIP or mobile service, please include the following details when you contact us:
- Your name and company (if applicable)
- Service type (broadband, VoIP, mobile, etc.)
- The number or circuit reference (if known)
- A brief description of the problem
- When the issue started
We’ll log your fault, run initial diagnostics and keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
Remote Support
In some cases, our engineers can resolve issues remotely.
If requested, we may ask you to visit our Remote Assistance page or run a small tool to allow secure access to your system.
This helps us diagnose and fix problems faster, without needing a site visit.

A: Yes. In most cases, we can port your existing number over with no interruption to service.
Q: How long does it take to install broadband?
A: Most new fibre broadband services are installed within 10–15 working days, depending on the network provider and location.
Q: Do you offer out-of-hours support?
A: Our office hours are Daily 9am to 6pm, urgent service issues are monitored and handled as soon as possible.
