How to install Webex on your mobile device.

1. Log in to the Business Portal
   • Visit https://businessportal.yourwhc.co.uk/ and sign in using your own credentials.
2. Open the Applications section
   • In the left-hand navigation menu, click “Applications.”
3. Note your application username
   • Your application username will be displayed on the main screen. Make a note of it.
4. Create your Application/Webex password
   • Click “Change Password” and set a new password.
   • Tip: You can use the same password as your Business Portal login (recommended).
5. Select the app you need
   • Choose the version for your device (e.g., Android, iPhone) and click “Activate.”
6. Enter your application username and password
   • Use the username you noted in step 3 and the password you created in step 4.
7. Enter your email address
   • When prompted, type in your email address.
8. Verify your email
   • Check your inbox and click the verification link that has been sent to you.
9. Download and install Webex
   • Use your mobile camera to scan the QR code on screen and install the app directly, or
   • If you’re using a different device, click the download link provided.
10. Sign in to Webex
    • Open the app and sign in using:
      • Email address
      • Application/Webex password created in step 4
