How to install Webex on your mobile device.
- Log in to the Business Portal
- Visit https://businessportal.yourwhc.co.uk/ and sign in using your own credentials.
- Open the Applications section
- In the left-hand navigation menu, click “Applications.”
- Note your application username
- Your application username will be displayed on the main screen. Make a note of it.
- Create your Application/Webex password
- Click “Change Password” and set a new password.
- Tip: You can use the same password as your Business Portal login (recommended).
- Select the app you need
- Choose the version for your device (e.g., Android, iPhone) and click “Activate.”
- Enter your application username and password
- Use the username you noted in step 3 and the password you created in step 4.
- Enter your email address
- When prompted, type in your email address.
- Verify your email
- Check your inbox and click the verification link that has been sent to you.
- Download and install Webex
- Use your mobile camera to scan the QR code on screen and install the app directly, or
- If you’re using a different device, click the download link provided.
- Sign in to Webex
- Open the app and sign in using:
- Email address
- Application/Webex password created in step 4
