WHC VoIP Phone System – Self-Service Portal

If you’d like access to the Business Portal — our easy-to-use self-service site for managing your new VoIP service — please let us know and we’ll set it up for you.

Once your request has been processed, you’ll receive an email from provisioning@yourwhc.co.uk. When it arrives, click “Set Password” and follow the link to create your password.

Portal details:

• Website: https://businessportal.yourwhc.co.uk
• Username: as shown in your provisioning email
• Domain: as shown in your provisioning email
• Password: the one you create during setup

Important:

Please follow the instructions in the KTGL Webex Guide to download and set up WHC Webex.
Do not install the version from your phone’s app store — it’s different and will not work with WHC.
